Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using FireLoop's website, services, or platform (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
Description of Service
FireLoop provides infrastructure and services for robotics teams, including but not limited to:
- Evaluation frameworks and benchmarking tools
- Simulation environments and tools
- Data collection and synthetic data generation services
- Training infrastructure and pipelines
- World building and asset generation services
- Embedded engineering support
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the Service for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials or Service
- Use the Service for any commercial purpose without explicit written permission
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or components
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by FireLoop at any time.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
- Collect or harvest any information from the Service

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FireLoop and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FireLoop operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
